We provide leadership and Exco fireside storytelling teambuilding in a boma/fireside environment. Traditionally, it is in the boma where, it is said, the best stories were told and the biggest decisions taken. It is a powerful and memorable way of getting everyone ‘onto the same page’ using an African dilemma tale approach. Everyone participates in reflecting on and telling the story of the past, the present and the future.
There’s something unique about a conversation around a fire under in the African bush. Participants are free to share, new bonds are made and a compelling vision of the future created. The setting provides an ideal space for innovation to be sparked and the creation of memorable experiences. More can be achieved in one evening than in a year of meetings.
Because of the co-operative culture we facilitate, everyone is engaged in the process and so there is support of “the story” going forward. Expect a fun, interesting session that provides a safe space for participants to share their own stories. The process is ideal for starting or ending a leadership / senior management / exco get-together.
